  10. Government investigators say that with the help of information
  11. from Salvatore (Sammy the Bull) Gravano, the Gotti sidekick who
  12. turned state's evidence, Cutler may soon be indicted on criminal
  13. charges. A grand jury has been probing Cutler and GERALD
  14. SHARGEL, another Gotti attorney, on charges including jury
  15. tampering and tax evasion.
